I am a Professional Counselor Associate, aspiring college educator, and individual and group counselor.

As a registered professional counselor associate, I embrace an emphasis on growth, empowerment, social justice, and advocacy when working with clients to promote their mental health and wellness. In sessions, I act as a compassionate co-facilitator that walks alongside clients to support them in reaching their goals. The treatment modalities and interventions I use most frequently are Person-Centered Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, self-compassion, and psychoeducation.

I see teens and adults presenting with a variety of therapeutic topics including identity exploration and development, life transitions, life stressors, depression, anxiety, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, and interpersonal and relationship concerns. I work with clients of various identities including LGBTQ+ folks, and do write recommendation letters for clients seeking gender-affirming healthcare in alignment with the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH) Standards of Care. I support adults with chronic illness and chronic pain, step-parents/ adults in blended families, young adults navigating life and career transitions, and clients that resonate with a weight-neutral and size diversity approach.

I earned my Master of Clinical Mental Health Counseling degree from Oregon State University in September 2021 and a B.S. in Psychology from Oregon State University in 2018. I am also in the process of completing a graduate-level certificate in College and University Teaching at Oregon State University.
