I am a Therapist, a Health and Nutrition Coach, an Educator, a Practice Consultant, and a Clinical Supervisor.

I see adult individuals and couples looking to improve their relationships including LGBTQ couples, non-traditional partnerships, those with fidelity issues, and separating/divorcing and coparents. I act as a guide through the commonly dizzying world of dating, no matter what goals or preferences in relationships are.

I help parents learn how to nurture meaningful and healthy relationships with their children, from infants to young adults. I hold space for new parents to navigate all the important and often challenging transitions before, during, and after the arrival of their children.

I teach people how to assess their lifestyles...how they’re feeding and treating their bodies...in relation to the sense of wellness they have in their daily lives.

I support professionals in learning to manage the stresses of their work and growing leadership while building their business. And I am registered with the State to Supervise LPC and LMFT Associates.

I received a BS in Psychology from the University of Oregon and hold a Masters in Clinical Mental Health from Bushnell University. I have a certification in Nutrition and Holistic Health Coaching from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and have personal training certifications.
