Marriage and Family Therapy Associate

I am a Marriage and Family Therapy associate and support adults 21+ individually or in relational work as they cultivate self-compassion, connection, and understanding.

I believe that so much of what shapes our daily lives is rooted in relationships – those we build with others, and just as importantly, the one we hold with ourselves. Life can be messy, and the histories we carry can feel tangled or overwhelming. I see clients as the experts of their own lives, where my role is to listen closely, follow your lead, and support you in making sense of what feels confusing or heavy.

My work is grounded in understanding your needs within the context of your unique experiences, culture, and relationships. Together, we will explore what lies beneath the surface, develop clarity around your emotional world, and create a path toward healing that feels authentic to you. My hope is that therapy becomes a space where you feel increasingly grounded, empowered, and capable of meeting life’s stressors with a sense of growth, calm, and security – both within yourself and in your connections with others.

I work with individuals and couples navigating a wide range of relational and emotional experiences. I often work with clients who experience attachment insecurity, low self-esteem, anxiety, trauma, sex-related issues, anger, and ADHD. With couples, I utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help partners express themselves more fully, feel supported and understood, and shift from a “me vs. you” stance to a collaborative “us vs. the problem” approach. With individuals, I integrate Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) to deepen emotional understanding, build inner clarity, and foster a stronger sense of self-leadership. Clients who work with me often walk away with greater insight into their emotions, increased confidence in expressing their needs, and a renewed sense of agency in their relationships and daily lives.

I hold a Master of Science in Marriage, Couples, and Family Therapy from the University of Oregon, with additional specialized training in Emotionally Focused Therapy, Family Mediation, and Restorative Justice.
